the book i have was passed down to me by my nan who recently passed away she had it valued 15 yrs ago and was offered 10,000.she decided to hang on to it so she could pass it on to me when i had kids of my own.now i have and she made me promise that i would sell it to have a better life for me and my sons.it has handwritten notes and a pencil handwritten date july 4th 1880 it is in fair condition with only a little bit of wear and tear on the hardback cover top left corner.
