I have six volumes of the mentioned above. They were published by Virtue & Company 7, city garden row, city road. The illustatrions are in (German Altschrift) but I think are photogravure.
The illustrations are by F.R.Benson (Macbeth), Julia Arthur (Imogen) for example and are of superb black and white quality.
The books measure fifteen inches by eleven inches
and would be a treasure to any serious collector.
